Directions for use:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 caplet per day. It is recommended to take with proper nutrition and exercise program. For best results, increase protein intake along with consuming at least 2 litres of water per day. Do not exceed 14 days of use, followed by a minimum of 30 days off.

I was expecting a bit more weight gain, but i have gained 5lbs in about 15 days so still a good amount, my strength however is literaly through the roof. This is the first time using M1T after a M14add cycle and this is must admit is proving to be better for strength. I was a little worried about the side effects but so far so good, with 3litres of water a day, taking Cycle assist, and 300g protein i seem to be doing well on this. I would use this again and recommend it for sure
