Reflex One Stop Xtreme is a great product, with everything that you'd expect from a top quality all in one and now with some natural testosterone boosters and a better amino acid profile for enhanced recovery. However there's no doubting that 145g of power in 400ml milk/water can come out a little thick sometimes - We recommend halving that and having 2 heaped scoops twice per day in 400ml water, or if you're bulking have it in 400ml whole milk. This will ensure more calories, protein and carbs from the milk with the already high protein intake, carbs, multi vitamin & minerals and high creatine content from One Stop Xtreme. Perfect bulking powder!
