Directions for use:

For the first 5 days (loading stage) take 2 servings daily, 1 in the morning when you wake up and the other immediately after your workout. If you are not training that day, have the first serving in the morning whern you wake up, and the second 12 hours later.

After the loading phase, take 1 servnig immediately after your workout for maintenance. If you are not training that day, have your serving in the morning when you wake up.

Mix your seving with 350mls of cold water. After drinking your serving of Cell Tech it is adviseable to drink a further 240mls of water to help enhance absorption. For best results, use for at least 8 weeks.
