Directions For Use
Mix 1 scoop (32.5g) into 300/400ml of water and consume one drink in the am, and another serving immediatly after training. For increased protein per drink, Dymatize elite whey can either be mixed with milk, alternativly the serving size can be increased to 2 scoops per drink in water.
