1) What delivery methods do you use?
Heavier packages are sent via Interlink Express courier. Lighter items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded/Special Delivery or Royal Mail International .
2) How long will my items take to be delivered?
We aim to delivery your item within 2 working days from the date of purchase. Free delivery is a non-guaranteed service and although it usually takes 24 to 48hrs may take longer.
Royal Mail International orders can take upto 15 working days this depends on customs and excise procedures for that country. A tracking number for your order will be provided on request for items dispatched - simply email or call us for details specific to your parcel. When items are send Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, this is a 1-2 working day service, should your parcel take longer than 2 working days from the day it is dispatched we can not be held responsible for a mistake on Royal Mails behalf. If items go missing in the post, we must wait 15 working days before making a lost parcel claim and issuing you a refund/replacement. By purchasing your product from us, you are agreeing fully to these terms.
3) What do you do about returns?
We want our customers to be happy with the goods they bought, and ecstatic about our delivery and service. We will take back any faulty goods and exchange it for a new one, or refund you. Please ensure goods are returned within 7 days via recorded delivery to ensure it gets here safely, and enclose a note with the package to say when you bought it, and what your name, address and contact details are to enable us to process your request. 4) Do you offer Trade Accounts? We deliver to Europe and Worldwide - when checking out please select the appropriate delivery option to ensure a speedy service. 6) What supplement is right for me?
We understand how difficult it can be choosing from the thousands of items on offer, especially if you're new to working out.
To help our customers we offer free advice via email and phone - if you're not sure what's right for your goals. Please call or email us and we'll be more than happy to help you with your diet, exercise and supplement regime. Our staff are experienced athlete's in power lifting, bodybuilding, martial arts and gymanastics and are not paid on a commission basis so will not try to sell you the most expensive products we have, but offer good, honest advice based on the years of experience and customer feedback. We want a customer for life, not just a single sale. |
