Directions:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 capsules daily. For aggressive gains take 3 capsules spread evenly throughout the day. Do not exceed recommended amount or take longer than 4 continuous weeks without an 8 week off period. Discontinue if any adverse reactions occur and consult a physician.
